Our Board of Directors is the oversight and governance that drives Neighborly. We meet quarterly to vote on new initiatives, assess the efficacy of current programs, and evaluate the Executive Director.

It’s like… working with family. Mainly because we are. Neighborly has two staff members and they’re married. James Barnett, our Founder, Executive Director, and guy with dad jokes, works to disciple, mobilize, and serve with volunteers through our international and domestic initiatives. Kristin Barnett is the Operations Director and makes sure no envelope is left unlicked, no email is left unclicked, and no person feels left unpicked. She also writes in third person. Hello.
